ALMOST ORIGINAL TRILOGY DVD SET |
|
Well
they have finally announced that Episodes 4-6 will be released on DVD. Check out
AICN for
more info, but it is yet to be seen if it really is the 'Original Trilogy' that
makes it to DVD. Rumors have been circulating that several minor digital
improvements have been made (eg. lightsaber color corrections and such) so it
would be better to call these the Enhanced Original Trilogy DVDs. Another
rumor (with substance) is that the format will be similar to the recently
released Indiana Jones box set, in that we will see a single DVD for each
episode and then a forth DVD filled with bonus material...or not. Either way the
count down until the release in September 2004 has officially begun.
