GHOST OF ARTOOSNEWS |
|
February 24, 2004 was a dark day for the online Star Wars community: Artoosnews.com
closed down. Many of us experienced the demise of Artoosnews.com as a ripple through the Force. So
BeJedi.com is keeping the fond memories about R2N alive by hosting the artwork that was previously featured on the Artoo's Customs section.
Head over to the
Bejedi Custom Galleries for this great archive
of homage to the modern-day myth that is Star Wars.

EPISODES SEVEN TO NINE??? |
|
"George
Lucas planned 9 movies for the Star Wars saga, and will be filming Episodes VII
through to IX". No, really ! I heard it from a friend who's uncle works
for the sister of George's hair dresser. OK, so that bit is made up, but have a
read of this article at IOL
about NDAs of employees at ILM and pray that the
Saga-Trilogy stops at 6.
Or if you would
like another 10 years of Star Wars film making, pick up the gauntlet and head
over to the Mousedroid
Forums to discuss this news. It would be interesting to se if George totally
destroys all the great work authors have done in the post-ROTJ era or if he can
some how bring Timothy Zahn's vision to life.
