VADER KILLED THE VIDEO STAR |
|
20th
Century Fox and LucasFilm will release Star Wars: Episode III—Revenge
of the Sith on DVD only. Star Wars will be the first major new
release to skip a VHS, and this will be a final straw to force all fans over to
the DVD format. It is unfortunate since affordable Blu-ray or HD DVD machines
are still a fair way off.

the demise of the large scale Unleashed in 2006 it is good to know that the

::: VARIATION HUNTER ALERT ::: |
|
The
hot topic on the holonet is Paint Variations appearing in Australia. So,
what variation can we expect to see? At this stage Australia will NOT receive
the following production run paint changes; NO - Red
Shock Trooper
(#6). NO- Black Clone Pilots
(#34),
NO- Slash Attack Anakin
(#28). The Green Clone Commander
(#33) 'May or May Not' appear.
These are production run changes and as such carry the same figure number as
their earlier counterparts. This makes it extremely difficult to determine what
version figure will arrive until the retailer actually opens their assortment
cases. If we hear of any chance of these highly prized figures coming to Oz we
will report it here. Otherwise head to eBay... but Beware of Scalpers and
Conmen. |
