DIS-INFORMATION or DAT-INFORMATION

UK Star Wars TV series???If what UK newspapers are publishing can "ever" be believed, then Star Was is now set to be a 'British TV Series'. The UK Mirror has reported that "The series is expected to spark a big-money bidding war between the BBC and ITV. Quote "Original C3P0 portrayer Anthony Davis is the only film star signed for the TV series"

No, that is not a typing error and we all thought C-3P0 was played by Anthony Daniels. Or maybe this is the love child of Wicket (Warrick Davis) and Daniels? Head to our Forums and Discuss the how you would like to see Star Wars be turned into a TV series.....oh, please don't make it a "Carry on..." series.

SCIENCE MEETS IMAGINATION

Where Science Meets Imagination

When will we all have our own R2 units to save us from sticky situations? Is there a practical use for a droid who knows etiquette? Will we soon be commuting in our own speeders? Is hyperspace even possible? Find out in Star War Where Science Meets Imagination, the companion book to the Boston Museum of Science exhibition.

The book assembles a team of some of the world's most creative scientists and engineers to consider how the culture of Star Wars has inspired cutting-edge science, and what the limits are of tomorrow's technology. Scientists, robotics specialists, and key members of Industrial Light & Magic write about the technology and inspiration behind real-life droids, the future of space travel and more.
