HEMBLE's FIGURE WORKSHOP #5

Hi All

Firstly sorry for the lack of pictures of the step by step painting guide I lost all my pics when my computer went down but I will give you step by step instructions of what I did. Secondly my email has changed and you can now contact me via email on rhemble@bigpond.com (sorry for the inconvenience).

With any diorama I do be it a Military diorama or a Sci-Fi diorama I always start of by doing the figures first because if you don't have a good pose on your figure/figures you could have the best diorama around but it will be ruined by an un-natural posed figure/figures.

THE FIGURES

  • The Endor Troopers are from the SAGA collection, the figure in PIC -1 has had only a head swap which is a clone trooper head I had spare and he is the white trooper and the figure in PIC - 2 is the black trooper he has had a coat added to him from a VOTC Endor Han Solo and is right hand is from a VOTC Endor Han Solo and the left hand is from a OTC Dagobah Luke figure. Both figures have had there joints superglued together and then puttied up using plasta-scene and then superglue covered over that.

  • The Stormtrooper helmet is from a VOTC Stormtrooper figure the body and arms are from a OTC Sandtrooper figure, the left arm was cut off and repostioned and glued back into place and the joints were puttied up the same way as the Endor troops.
