Before heading to our forums to post your questions read the below guidelines. A new Question & Answer Thread will be opened by the Forum Admin for each round of Hasbro Star Wars Q&A. From the questions posted within these threads, a maximum of three (3) Australian/New Zealand Fan questions will be selected by the Admin to be sent to the Hasbro Brands Team in the USA for consideration. With clever wording and 2008/09 specific questions, we will receive and post each rounds response on our dedicated here in our ASK HASBRO section.
Please be sure to read the following guidelines for this section BEFORE posting your questions. The more questions you post, have the more we have to choose from, but remember that if you question does not get picked in one draw, we do revist older rounds during future QnA submissions. So here are the items to consider
- Please ensure your question is NOT specific to the local market, ie distribution, price point, assortment, etc for Australia. These questions will not be selected as the Hasbro USA Brands team has no control nor comment over such items.
- Please check to see that your question has not already be answered in past Q&A Round-ups. See other sites such as Rebelscum for past Round-Up for questions if in doubt. Also a good place to see what 'style' of question gets a good response.
- Questions should be well structured and focused on one or two targeted areas. With so many sites posting questions, a well formed question with specific points for the Hasbro Team to respond to will greatly help in processing our top three submissions. Multipart or numerous response questions are not allowed.
- Add a little of your own personality to your questions. A thank you, what items you loved or maybe a sentence or two on your own opinion or feelings of Star Wars and collecting that then leads nicely into your question.
- To stand out for the normal questions, maybe include a bit of that Aussie/Kiwi humor and spirit into your question. Sure the USA Team might not understand terms such as Bonza, Choice Bro or HOWZAT!!! but it will sure as hell let them know which country the question was sent from, plus reassure them that Star Wars Collecting is alive and well down under.
