NEW LEGS FOR YOUR AT-TE
Just to show you that Mousedroid is still the site for Australian Star Wars fans to visit, and how much we look after our readers...we can announce the following info for AU buyers of the new AT-TE vehicle. Here are the details direct from Hasbro AU;
| Quote: |
| Unfortunately, we have experienced a production problem with a small number of legs on the new Clones Wars AT-TE vehicle. We want to ensure that all customers are able to fully enjoy their new AT-TE and as such Hasbro Australia is offering two solutions to customers who believe they have purchased a vehicle with faulty legs. Please follow these steps to determine if your vehicle needs to be repaired. Please note that the legs were designed to separate from the vehicle when excess weight is applied.
1. Locate the Embossed date code on your AT-TE package using the attached image for reference. 2. If your vehicle qualifies for repair/replacement, please contact Hasbro AU Customer Service. 3. You have two options; --> A. You can either return the vehicle (in the original package) to Hasbro Customer Service and we will send you a replacement. Shipping to Hasbro will not be reimbursed, but a new AT-TE will be shipped to you free of charge. OR --> B. You can opt to receive a retrofit repair kit as soon as it is available. It will likely be shipped to you in early December, but we are doing our best to expedite this. Thank you for your understanding. Best, Hasbro Australia |
Once again, thank you to Hasbro for supporting the local fans.
